Hello there
Inhale.
Exhale.
If we meet for the first time, I might be nervous.
Inhale.
But when I dance, when I move through the different asanas, I find my center & my brain goes quiet.
Exhale.
Then I am me.
Breath in.
And when I teach you can feel that.
Breath out.
You can feel that calmness.
The creativity at it’s roots and the honesty that flows through it.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Because breath lies beneath every moment.
Nice to meet you.
Let me introduce myself:
I am Lucrezia and my language is movement.
How about
We let our bodies talk?
What to expect from my classes:
A flow packed with beautiful asanas, always focused on using our breath to help us go deeper in whatever there is, that our body is telling us.
I love movement and have experienced how my breath can guide me through it – how suddenly, things that I was afraid of, things that pained me, were easy and felt way more healthy.
With the breath you can release, where there is unease and it helps us to ease into healthy connected movement.
In my yoga flows I especially design the flow in a way that the breath guides us from one asana to the next, creating transitions, that are closely linked to our in and exhale.
Besides visual demonstrations, You get a lot of verbal instructions in my classes. I like to guide you, that you actually don’t have to look around, to know what we are doing.
I believe, when you can follow movement by solely listening to instructions you automatically also train the ability to listen, not only to other people, but also to yourself and you own body.
This slowly leads you to the experience of slowing down, listening to your body, quieting the mind and ultimately to end in meditation, in stillness and relaxation.

What my students say
Catherine
